Turkey scrambled two fighter jets to the Syrian border Thursday after one Turkish soldier died and two were wounded in cross-border clashes with ISIS, the Guardian reports. Earlier this week, an ISIS recruit allegedly killed 32 people in a suicide bombing in the Turkish city Suruc, which is located near the Syrian border.
