Ukraine will not postpone the implementation of its free trade agreement with the EU, even though Russia is threatening sanctions, EU Observer reports. Russia has been threatening to impose a trade embargo on Ukraine after January 1, the day the free trade pact takes effect. Ukraine stands to lose $1.5 a year in agricultural exports if Russia goes ahead with the embargo.
