Turkish police raid Zaman HQs, fire tear gas on readers after gov’t takeover

Turkish police broke into the Zaman newspaper headquarters on Friday after firing tear gas and water cannons at a crowd of the paper’s supporters. The Turkish government is planning on seizing control of the newspaper.
