A refugee set himself on fire at the Greek-Macedonian border Tuesday, the Telegraph reports. Other refugees put out the fire, and the man survived. About 12,000 asylum seekers are currently stranded at the  border. The Telegraph also reports the UN’s refugee agency is suspending some of the services it provides in protest of the EU’s migrant swap deal with Turkey.
