European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker said in a speech Thursday that Ukraine will not be able to join the EU or NATO in the next 20-25 years, RFE/RL reports. Juncker was trying to reassure Dutch voters about a free trade agreement the EU signed with Ukraine. The Netherlands will hold a referendum in April on Dutch support for the free trade pact.
