Russia’s media watchdog briefly banned a Wikipedia page describing an Indian form of hashish. Since Wikipedia uses the https security protocol, the ban blocked all of Wikipedia for some Russian Internet users, The Guardian reports. Web users noticed the ban Monday night, and Russia lifted it on Tuesday.
