The U.S. and Turkey have agreed to launch an air raid in Northern Syria that is intended to flush Islamic State militants from a zone along the Turkish border, Reuters reports. Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan, the UK and France may assist with the operation. The U.S. and Turkey plan to provide air cover for fighters on the ground whom Washington has judged to be moderate rebels.
