Erdogan accuses Russia of arming PKK militants

Erdogan has accused Russia of giving anti-aircraft weaponry and rockets to PKK militants, Reuters reports. Earlier this month, the PKK released video footage purportedly showing its militants shooting down a Turkish military helicopter.
