Ukraine’s parliament passed a measure Thursday that prohibits Russians from establishing television or radio stations in Ukraine and from being involved in the broadcast business, AP reports. The measure applies to nationals of aggressor states, and Ukraine has already declared Russia an aggressor state. Ukraine has also banned Russian television channels from its cable networks.
