Ukraine points finger at ultra-nationalists after deadly Kiev crash

A Ukrainian National Guard member was killed and more than 100 people were injured Monday during clashes between protesters and police outside Ukraine’s parliament in Kiev. The unrest was the worst in Kiev since the Euromaidan Revolution. Kiev is blaming the violence on ultra-nationalists. Protesters gathered outside the parliament Monday in opposition to a vote on granting increased autonomy to Russian-backed separatists in Eastern Ukraine.
