Russia is modernizing the S-300 air defense missile systems it plans to supply to Iran, RFE/RL reports. In 2010, Russia canceled an agreement to deliver the missile systems to Iran after receiving pressure from the West. But, Putin revived the arms sale in April as world powers were negotiating a nuclear deal with Iran.
