Ukrainian forces captured a Russian army officer who was riding a military truck packed with ammunition in Eastern Ukraine on Sunday, according to Kiev. Reuters reports the soldier identified himself as a Russian officer with the rank of  major in a rocket-artillery unit. Ukraine is currently holding two Russian soldiers who were captured in May and charged with terrorism.
