10 issues Turkish media is banned from reporting on

The Turkish media have been slapped with more than 150 gag orders in the last four years, Hurriyet Daily News reports. Hurriyet publishes a list of 10 of incidents that prompted gag orders. The list includes the bugging of Erdogan’s office, the May 2014 mining disaster that killed 301 workers, and the massive corruption probe of 2013 that implicated Erdogan and top government officials.
