Balkan Insight reports no progress occurred at the third round of talks between Macedonian Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski and opposition leader Zoran Zaev, which took place Tuesday in Skopje. The U.S. and EU ambassadors moderated the talks. More internationally-brokered negotiations are expected to take place next week.
