Putin has ordered the third major Russian military exercise in three months, a four-day air defense exercise taking place in Siberia. Simultaneously, NATO-led air combat drills are taking place in the Arctic. The U.S. and eight European countries are taking place in the drills, which will run through June 5, the Los Angeles Times reports.
