Ukraine’s largest coke producing plant has shut down operations. Russian-backed fighters shelled the Avdiika Coke and Chemical Plant more than 40 times in the past four days, Kyiv Post reports. One employee died in the shelling, and two more people were wounded. The attack on the coke plant was reportedly the heaviest shelling in Eastern Ukraine since the signing of the latest ceasefire agreement in mid-February. The plant is located in Kiev-controlled territory near the frontline of the ongoing fighting.
