Russia’s Gazprom has received a survey permit for two strings of the planned Turkish Stream gas pipeline which are in Turkey’s territorial waters, Hurriyet Daily News reports. Gazprom claims to be speeding up the project which had been stalled during Moscow’s recent rift with Ankara.
