Turkey will not invade Syria without UN permission

Ankara’s UN envoy said Turkey will not invade Syria without permission from the UN Security Council, The Moscow Times. Russia tried to get the UN to pressure Turkey to stop shelling the Syrian Kurds, but western powers blocked the move.
