Turkish opposition leader vows to stop Erdogan building presidential system

Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, the leader of main Turkish opposition party CHP, has vowed to stop all of Erdogan’s efforts to transform Turkey from a parliamentary system to a presidential system, Hurrieyt Daily News reports. Both Erdogan and Turkish PM Ahmet Davutoglu are currently pushing for a new constitution that would create a presidential system, but the ruling AKP does not have enough seats in the parliament to do so without some support from opposition members.
