Caught red-handed: the Russian Major fighting in Ukraine

Euronews interviews Valadimir Starkov, a Russian Army Major, who was caught on July 25 while driving a truck full of ammunition in Eastern Ukraine. Starkov says he and  other Russian military personnel were ordered to go to Ukraine and forbidden from telling their relatives about the mission.
