Four armored vehicles belonging to Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) monitors were destroyed overnight in the pro-Russian separatist-controlled city, Donetsk, RFE/RL reports. OSCE said it was an apparent arson attack and an attempt to stop monitors from reporting on what is going on. RFE/RL publishes video of the destroyed vehicles.
