ISIS threatens to kill Croatian hostage

ISIS took a 30-year-old Croatian man hostage in Egypt’s Sinai Peninsula and released a video threatens his life, Balkan Insight reports. The man was working for a French company, and he was reportedly mistaken for a French citizen. Croatia says it is the first time one of its citizens has been taken hostage by ISIS. Ansar Bayt al-Maqdis, a militant Islamist group based in the Sinai Peninsula, merged with ISIS last year.
