Turkey releases bombing suspect details as Twitter temporarily shut down

Turkish officials are saying a 20-year-old Turkish Kurd student who was recruited by ISIS is the suspected suicide bomber who killed at least 32 people in the primarily Kurdish town Suruc, which is located next to the Syrian border. Ankara promptly blocked Twitter to stop images of the suspect from spreading, the Guardian reports. Additionally, two Turkish police officers have been found dead, and Kurdish militants are claiming responsibility, saying the attack was retaliation for Turkish police collaboration with IS.
