CNN reports the Dutch investigators’ draft report on Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 states a Russian Buke missile shot the plane out of the sky on July 17, 2014. The Dutch report also states the surface-to-air missile was launched from a village in Russian rebel controlled territory, sources told CNN.
