Maidan redux in Armenia?

Paul Stronski, of Carnegie’s Russia and Eurasia program, writes Armenian protesters are sick of the corruption in the Russian-owned electricity provider Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA), which they say is providing lavish perks for managers and overpaying its oligarch-owned suppliers while making ratepayers foot the bill. The protesters are not serving western intelligence operatives who are trying to stage a color revolution, as the Kremlin is trying to get people to believe.
