The New York Times details Russia’s covert war against Europe, which involves pumping propaganda over the airways, trolling on the Internet, funding anti-fracking protests, making bribes and threats related to gas supplies, and funding far-left and far-right European parties. Russia uses those strategies in attempt to fracture both the EU and NATO.
