Greece and Ukraine crises drown out G7 summit agenda

Leaders from the G7 countries are meeting Sunday in the Bavarian Alps in Germany. Russia is axed from the group following last year’s annexation of Crimea, and a recent Russian offensive in Eastern Ukraine will be discussed at Sunday’s meeting. The Greece debt crisis is also an issue overshadowing the event, Reuters reports. Greece could default on its debt within weeks and drop out of the eurozone, yet its creditors are currently unwilling to unleash more bailout cash because Greece’s leftist government is not enacting suitable reforms.
