Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko is calling for a boycott of the 2018 World Cup in Russia if the Kremlin does not pull its troops out of Ukraine, the Guardian reports. Poroshenko is in Berlin Monday for a meeting with German Chancellor Angela Merkel. He is expected to ask Merkel for tougher sanctions on Russia and more non-lethal aid for Ukraine’s troops.
