Bosnia can soon apply for European Union membership, although the Balkan country must make a bunch of political and economic reforms to have a chance at EU accession. EU foreign ministers have now agreed on a set of reforms to demand from Bosnia, RFE/RL reports. Bosnia is the only Western Balkan country that has yet to apply for official EU candidacy status, and Bosnian leaders just settled years of gridlock over the issue.
