Russian opposition plans Nemtsov memorial march

Russian opposition activists are expected to march in Moscow on Sunday in memory of Boris Nemtsov, rather than in protest of Putin. Moscow authorities are permitting the march to occur now that the focus has shifted. Unknown gunmen shot and killed Nemtsov, a former deputy prime minister, late Friday night on a bridge near the Kremlin. Shortly before his death, Nemtsov said that he feared Putin would kill him.
