Kosovo Prime Minister Isa Mustafa has announced the departure of an ethnic-Serb minister who last month described some Albanian protesters as “savages.” The remark triggered the largest wave of protests in Pristina since Kosovo declared its independence in 2008. Two protests ended in violent clashes between police and demonstrators, and Mustafa made the announcement on the eve of a third scheduled protest.
