The chief of staff of Russia’s military has announced plans to conduct joint exercises with North Korea. Russia is also discussing conducting military drills with Brazil, Vietnam and Cuba. U.S. officials say Russia is trying to show the word that it is not isolated in the aftermath of Putin’s incursion in Ukraine. North Korean leader Kim Jong Un is expected to visit Moscow in May.
