EU Observer reports the EU’s migrant deal with Turkey has yet to deter asylum seekers from coming to Europe. More than 1,600 migrants arrived on the Greek islands on Day 1 of the deal, even though Europe vowed to send them back. The EU likely will not begin sending migrants back to Turkey until next week or early April. The EU does not plan to send back Kurds and other minorities that are mistreated in Turkey.
