Clashes spread to new areas of southeast Turkey after bombing

Reuters reports fighting between Turkish security forces and Kurdish militants has spread into new areas of southeastern Turkey following Sunday’s suicide bombing that killed 37 people in Ankara. No one has claimed responsibility for the bombing. Turkish security officials said it involved two militants, one of whom was a female member of the PKK. The Turkish military also launched air strikes on PKK targets in Northern Iraq following the bombing.
