Iran rejects Russia-Saudi oil freeze

Iran has said it will not join the Russian-Saudi agreement to freeze oil production in attempt to boost oil prices, RFE/RL reports. Tehran said it will only consider an output freeze after Iran increases its production to 4 million barrels a day. Iran’s oil minister, Bijan Namdar Zanganeh, also said other oil-producing countries should “leave us alone.”
