On the one-year anniversary of the assassination of Boris Nemtsov, Chechen leader and Putin ally, Ramzan Kadyrov, is saying it is time for him to resign, RFE/RL reports. Kadryov said in an interview with pro-Kremlin NTV television that “my time has passed” and “there are a lot of good successors on our team.”
