Balkan ministers met with Austrian officials in Vienna on Wednesday and agreed to work together on reducing the flow of migrants, the Wall Street Journal reports. Greece was not invited to participate in the meeting, nor was Germany. Vienna appears to be parting ways with Berlin on migrant policy.
