On a trip to London, Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic said the migrant crisis and the possibility of a Brexit have caused Balkan countries to sop viewing EU membership as “the big dream it was in the past.” Vucic said EU accession remains Belgrade’s top policy goal, but Serbia also wants to preserve good relations with Russia.
