A shipment of Iranian oil will soon arrive in Romania. It is headed for a refinery owned by Russia’s Lukoil, Balkan Insight reports. Romania nearly shut down the refinery after accusing Lukoil of tax evasion and money laundering. Last year, Romanian prosecutors seized about 2 billion of assets from the refinery, and it has not been operating at maximum capacity.
