NATO is planning to station 3,000 to 6,000 troops in Eastern Europe and rotate them continuously through the Baltic States, Poland, Romania and Bulgaria, AFP reports. NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg said Wednesday the plan will send a “clear signal” to aggressors.
