Russia-Turkey spat continues

A Kremlin spokesman said Monday that Putin would not meet with Erdogan on the sidelines of the Paris climate summit because Turkey refuses to apologize for the downing of a Russian fighter jet. In Brussels, Turkish PM Ahmet Davutoglu said no country can demand an apology for another exercising its right to self defense. Davutoglu also wants Russia to reconsider the sanctions imposed by Putin over the weekend, RFE/RL reports.
