Turkey deported Dutch journalist Frederike Geerdink Wednesday, Zaman reports. Turkish police arrested her twice this year prior to deporting her. Geerdink was based in a Kurdish area of southeastern Turkey. Prior to deporting Geerdink, Turkey arrested and then deported two Vice News journalists who were also reporting in the area.
