Spike in Romanians, small rise in Bulgarians moving to Northern Ireland

BBC reports a sharp rise in the number of Romanians coming to live in Northern Ireland. More than 1,400 Romanians registered for UK medical cards in Northern Ireland in 2014. In each of the previous four years, 200-300 Romanians registered for medical cards.
