NATO Secretary General Jen Stoltenberg unveiled a new NATO training center outside the Georgian capital Tbilisi on Thursday, RFE/RL reports. NATO say the training center will move Georgia closer to membership in the military alliance. Moscow says the new training center is “provocative.”
