Dutch investigators say fragments of a Russian Buk surface-to-air missile system were found at the MH17 crash site in Eastern Ukraine, BBC reports. MH17 investigators released a statement saying the missile parts were secured during a previous recovery mission. Pro-Russian separatists are suspected of having used a Russian Buk missile to shoot down the plane in July 2014.
