Macedonia name deal goes to parliament

Josh Friedman reports from Skopje, Macedonia, where nationalists are protesting outside the parliament, and inside, lawmakers are debating the proposal to adopt a constitutional amendment to change the name of the country to North Macedonia to satisfy Greece and gain a path to NATO and EU membership. This comes in the aftermath of a Macedonian referendum on the name agreement between Skopje and Athens that effectively ended in a stalemate. Where do things stand now and moving forward with regard to the name deal?
