Kosovo President Hashmi Thaci said he will raise the proposal of the ethnic Albanian-dominated Presevo Valley in southern Serbia joining Kosovo during his EU-meditated talks with his Serbian counterpart Aleksandar Vucic in Brussels on September 7, Balkan Insight reports. Yet, Thaci also said he would not give away the Serb-majority north of Kosovo “in any circumstance or at any price” as part of a territorial swap.
