Exit polls from the 2016 presidential elections pointed out that lower
minority turn out probably doomed Clinton’s chances. New comprehensive
data from the U.S. Census Bureau now provides concrete
details.Overall, blacks voter participation at 59.6% was the lowest
since 2000 and 7.1% lower than that of whites. For all minorities
participation  was 52.7% nearly 12% behind the 65.3% for whites.
