Orthodox Christianity classes proposed for Russian schools

The group tasked with forming Russia’s school curriculum is proposing classes on Orthodox Christianity, including “moral culture in the Orthodox family,” “the Christian warrior,” and “distorted Biblical texts used by sects,” The Moscow Times reports. The Orthodox Christianity classes would be held for children grades 1 to 11.
